Deidra Proctor, Managing Director of Paradigm Alliance Group is a highly experienced internal auditor with over 25 years of industry experience, specifically in the cooperative utility space. Throughout her career, she has focused on ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting. She has improved  processes through operational auditing, as well as, identifying and mitigating risks. Ms. Proctor's vast experience comes from companies such as Eaton Corporation, Continental Cablevision, Georgia System Operation Corporation, Georgia Transmission Corporation and Lee County Electric Cooperative.

In addition to her work in the audit and anti-fraud space, Deidra is also an accomplished educator and loves educating her clients on internal controls and fraud prevention. She has spent over 10 years as an adjunct instructor for Shorter College in Atlanta, GA, where she has taught courses such as Critical Thinking, Powerful Presentations and Business Ethics. Deidra is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with over 13 years' experience in fraud detection and prevention.

Ms. Proctor graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Accounting and holds a Dual M.A. in Management and Organizational Development.
